Meet our Founder & CEO Adv. Jyoti Zongluju known as ”The Legal Lady” is an extremely accomplished Criminal Lawyer and Activist and a Ph.D Scholar practicing in the Supreme Court of India. She has numerous laurels to her name and is very qualified in the field of Criminal Law. She pursued and attained her B.A LL.B degree and LLM (Criminal Law) From Delhi. She also completed a diploma course on “Child Protection: Children’s Rights- Theory and Practical” from Harvard University and also a PG Diploma course in Cyber Law, Child Protection and Women Empowerment. She is a Distinguished Member at the International Council of Juris, London, UK and Disciplinary Panel Counsel of National Anti Doping Agency of India. Her works, particularly social work, cannot be overlooked as she takes a hands-on approach on many societal issues as the legal advisor of NGOs particularly of “Helping Hands NGO”. Societal sensitization is also one of her many strong suits as she provides her legal expertise as a guest lecturer at the Delhi Police Department. In the field of economic reforms, she is no less an important figure as she is the Legal Advisor of the North-East Chamber of Commerce in the Delhi-NCR. She is also a Legal Advisor of Drugs Free Arunachal. She has also been awarded the North-East Unsung Heroes Award of 2019 for her contribution towards the society and the country and also the India Inspirational Women Award of 2020 as a woman quietly making a difference in the society and the country overall.

BBA.LL. B, LL.M, Practice Areas are Civil & Criminal Case Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution & Cyber Law. He Graduates from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat and a Master Degree from National Law University, Gujarat. He was the Member of Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law, Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Service Authority, Ngo’s Oju Welfare Association, Drug Free Arunachal & Indian Red Cross Society of Arunachal Pradesh. He is also a Legal Advisor of All Arunachal Pradesh Football Player Association. His main aims and objectives are to reach out to the people who need justice especially some sections of people like Women, Disable person, Orphan child & Widow.

Meet our Associate/team Adv. Suman Das,

Suman is a practicing advocate who is currently working in Gauhati High Court. Having completed her graduation from NLU Delhi, she started her career in 2017 by joining the Assam State Bar. She is an adaptable and dynamic professional who has been consistently praised as focused by her co-workers and Management. Over the course of her 3.7 years career, she has developed skill sets like the art of advocacy, negotiations, mediation, legal research and analytical writing. She has consistently demonstrated analytical approach, writing skills with in-depth research abilities in every aspect of her career as an advocate. She handles both civil and criminal matters and has worked closely with real estate laws, Constitutional matters, Service Law matters, banking and related matters, domestic laws, IPR and contract drafting. She has also worked extensively with senior advocates in the Gauhati High Court as well as in the Supreme Court by assisting them in filing writs, appeals, PILs, reviews, and revisional matters.

Meet our Associate/team Adv. Hiranya Kumar Nath. Completed LLB from the University of Pune in 2008 and started practising in 2008 in the various legal field in matters pertains to Civil as well as Criminal and other miscellaneous matters before the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court and the Courts subordinate to it. Apart from that he is a counsel in many high profile matters in Arunachal Pradesh and visits the Itanagar bench regularly.

Meet our Associate/team Adv. Trisita Parashar..

Born to Hon’ble Mr.Justice H K Sarma and Mrs.Kamala Devi, Ms. Parashar did her schooling from various places in Assam. Completed her 10th from St. Mary’s Convent, Guwahati and 12th from Army School, Narengi and immediately moved to Delhi for her further studies. Coming from a family with judicial background she always dreamt of becoming a lawyer from a tender age. Completed her law from Amity University, Noida and having keen interest in human rights pursued her masters in human rights and came out with flying colours. She has worked as an intern with Justice H L Dattu, Ex-CJI,Justice D Y Chandrachud,Judge, Supreme Court of India,The National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi to name a few. She joined the Chambers of Sidharth Luthra, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India immediately on completion of her masters and after working there for a short span of she moved to the Chambers of Senior Advocate Pramod Kumar Dubey to gain trial court experience. After working in Delhi for around a year she decided to shift to her hometown Guwahati and started practising in the Gauhati High Court under the guidance of Advocate General for the State of Mizoram Mr. Diganta Das, Senior Advocate, Gauhati High Court. Her area of practice varies from criminal law to civil law and writs to arbitration and to SLPs. Jindal Steel, Augusta Westland, Sharada chit scam, Rose Valley scam are few of the many matters handled by Ms. Parashar.
